Im looking to buy a house, we are lookin for the cheaper range, like 100,00 at most there are a few out there, but not in our area.....

if u know of a house around milford,goshen,loveland,eastgate area then please let me know.

i dont want to pay much in taxes a yr. like at most 900 a half and i dont want in a neighborhood where we are paytin a HOA fee. we are on a budget and dont wanna get way over our heads...

we are just so tired of renting and moving like every yr...

I just saw this...I currently have renters in mine but they are on month to month. I would love nothing more than to sell it. It is small, 2 bed 1 bath and does need some minor repairs, but a great value. A few years ago it apraised at $124k. I would be willing to sell it now for $115K. It is in Milford off of old SR 28. Let me know if you are interested!

im looking for something that has 3 bedrooms and not more than 100,000 we aren't approved for much and i don't want a high house payment. so we been lookin around 80,000 there are some, but now all pending now. thank you though
